Isaiah 41:13

“For I am the LORD your God who takes hold of your right hand and says to you, ‘Do not fear, I will help you.'” Isaiah 41:13 NIV

Author: Susan Shay

For as long as I can remember, I've loved two things--reading and people--and that led me to become a writer. Many of my stories are set in Small Town Worlds. I'm a wife, mother, sibling and an aunt. I have a deep faith in God, and an exciting life in Christ. Maybe I shouldn't be (after all, he's God!) but I'm constantly amazed at the things He's up to. :)

  1. good choice, she’s a smart lady. 🙂 we have started memorizing a (short) verse with addox every week. he does very well and loves to learn more about them. doing with a partner is a lot of fun!

  2. Thats because my Addox is one smart boy!
I love the idea that God loves me so much, He holds my hand

    • I wont argue with you there! 😉 I love knowing he holds my hand too… we are doing a verse from Ephesians Jason thought of next. After that, I think we we will do this one. Id love for addox to have it stored in his heart.

    • Exciting to know He cares that much, isn’t it? He not only takes care of the biggies like famine and flood, He holds my hand to show me He loves me, ALL THE TIME.
      Thank you for sharing!

  3. It’s amazing how often God uses blog posts to speak that timely word of encouragement into my life. I’m glad I stumbled on your blog through Mr. Island Traveler and found this verse.:)

    • I’ve heard it said that God works in mysterious ways, and I’m sure that’s true. But the point is, He works! If He was able to use my little blog, I’m so glad!!!
Thanks for dropping by my Small Town World. Please, come back and see us again!

I'm so glad you dropped by my Small Town World! Hope you'll leave a comment. I really enjoy hearing from you!
