IT’S RAINING! Woohoo!
Today, Wednesday, July 13th, at 5:20 am, the sky is crying! The clouds are booming, and I’m loving it!
I’m dancing in this rain. Water is running down my face, drenching my clothes and squishing between my toes. AND. I. DON’T. CARE!!!
Because it’s raining and we need the rain.
Come out and dance with me. Come on, you can. I know you can. We’ll have lots of fun, celebrating this momentous occasion.
Maybe it’ll even cool off just a little. (Fingers crossed!)
Thank you, Jesus, for the rain!!!

Anyone know the verse?

There shall be showers of blessing
This is the promise of love
There shall be seasons refreshing
Sent from the Savior above.
There shall be showers of blessing
Precious reviving again
Over the hills and the valleys
Sound of abundance of rain.
There shall be showers of blessing
Send them upon us, O Lord
Grant to us now a refreshing
Come, and now honor thy Word.
There shall be showers of blessing
Oh, that today they might fall
Now as to God we’re confessing
Now as on Jesus we call.

Somehow I knew you’d be the one who’d know the words. Way to go, Terri!!! Did you get any of the blessed rainshowers?

Yes, it was so good! I have been praying for it. I have an old Baptist hymnal right handy! 🙂

Keep it up, Terri. We need all the rain we can get! (Hymnals are handy from time to time, aren’t they?)
